Could you tell me how you're trying to run the examples, what steps are you taking exactly?
Also, I'd like to get the logs generated when you attempt a test run to further diagnose this. I'll be sending an email to the address you signed up with explaining how to access those, and ask you to attach the logs as a reply to that mail.
